Can I earn points and use rewards in Store?

• No you cannot, this rewards program is online only

How do I join the Boathouse Rewards program?

• If you have placed an order in the past and already have a Boathouse account, you don't need to sign up you are already registered 
• To create a new account go to this page https://boathousestores.com/pages/boathouse-rewards and select SIGN UP

How do I earn BH Points?

• You can earn BH Points for all orders and completing other tasks. 
• Points will be added to your account only after your order ships. Other tasks like writing a review, points will be added instantly.
• You cannot earn points when paying with a Gift Card. If the balance of an order has been paid with a valid payment method please contact our support team and we will add the eligible points to your account. 

How fast will my BH Points appear in my account after I order?

• No more the 24 hours after your product has shipped. 
• If 24 hours has passed, your order has shipped and your earned points are not in you account, please contact us to investigate. 

How do I use my Rewards?

• When you cash in your BH Points and get a reward you will receive an email with a unique code.  The unique code can be entered at the checkout on www.boathousestores.com  

What if I return an item I earned points for?

• Earned BH Points on all Returned items (online or in-store) will be removed from your account.
• Earned BH Points on Exchanges will not be affected

How can I redeem BH Points?

• Login to your account and cash in your rewards

Do my BH Points or Rewards expire?

• Points do not expire
• Rewards do not expire
• VIP tiers will reset every December 31. 

What if I lose my Coupon Code or Gift Card code?

• Simply visit the Boathouse Rewards page, Login, and select Rewards History.  This will show you all your claimed rewards and codes associated with them

 How long will I stay in my VIP tier?

• You will remain in your VIP tier for the calendar year January  1 - December 31

How many reviews can I write to earn points?

• You are allowed to write two reviews per month 

Boathouse Rewards Rules (Terms & Conditions)

By joining the Boathouse Rewards program you agree to these rules

1. Points and Rewards Valid ONLINE ONLY
2. No Purchase is necessary to sign up for the Boathouse Rewards program and to earn BH Points
3. Valid to residents of Canada only. 
4. BH Points can only be earned Online through boathousestores.com
5. BH Points can only be redeemed Online through boathousestores.com
6. Boathouse Rewards can only be used Online through boathousestores.com
7. You cannot earn points when paying with a Gift Card. If the balance of an order has been paid with a valid payment method please contact our support team and we will add the eligible points to your account.
8. A Valid email address is required
9. You cannot merge two or more Boathouse Rewards accounts
10. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or voided, earned points on that order will be removed from your account. 
11. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or voided, all Redeemed rewards, coupons, or giftcards using these points will be automatically cancelled. 
12. Earned BH Points on all online order that are return in store will be removed from your account.
13. You may exchange an item without any effect on your points total
14. Boathouse Rewards will monitor all activity on account for abuse. Any abuse of the rewards program will result in immediate removal of the account.
